Privacy Policy

Last updated: 5 July 2026.This website is operated by The Foot in Diabetes Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 13870866), registered office 2nd Floor, 5 High Street, Westbury on Trym, Bristol, BS9 3BY, United Kingdom. What we collect and why

  • Newsletter signup: your email address, used to send you our newsletter. Our newsletter is delivered by Beehiiv, who process your email address on our behalf. You can unsubscribe from any email, at any time.
  • Contact and partnership enquiry forms: your name, organisation (optional), email address and message. These are sent to us by email so we can reply to you. We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle the conversation and our business records.
  • Media kit download: your email address, which is added to the newsletter list (you can unsubscribe immediately).
  • Analytics: we use privacy-focused, cookie-less analytics that collect aggregate statistics (pages visited, country, device type). This does not identify you personally and no tracking cookies are set.

Our legal bases

We rely on consent for the newsletter (you sign up, and can withdraw at any time) and on our legitimate interests for responding to enquiries and measuring aggregate site usage.

What we don't do

  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
  • We do not collect health information through this website. Please don't include medical details about yourself in enquiry forms — this site cannot provide individual medical advice.

Who we share information with

Trusted service providers who help us run the site: our hosting provider, our email provider, and Beehiiv (newsletter delivery). Each processes data only on our instructions. Some providers may process data outside the UK/EEA with appropriate safeguards in place.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal information, and you can object to processing or withdraw consent at any time. Email info@footindiabetes.com and we'll respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
